WHATS MY FIRST STEP FOR A FIT OUT ?

When it comes to our fit out services, the first step is always to sit down with you and figure out what you’re hoping to get from your new office or commercial space. Next, we either team up with your designer or our highly recommended deign partners. This is where the planning process takes place and sketches and options are drawn up to meet your concepts. Both the designer and our team work very closely to make sure you get the look and functionality you are after. We never leave our clients in the dark, delivering a lay out the project’s cost structure before any agreement is made.

DOES AUSFIT MANAGE AND COORDINATE THE ENTIRE PROJECT?

We absolutely do! At Ausfit Projects we’re your one-stop shop for office, restaurant, bar, café, store and house renovation and interior design solutions. We will work alongside your designer or our highly recommend design partners. Our contractor will manage every stage of the project from the first design consultation to installing that perfect final piece to bring the room together. WHO CAN I TURN TO FOR A QUALITY OFFICE FIT OUT?

Our partner design team Al & Co Haus of Design will work closely with you, or we can work alongside your allocated design team. The projects will be carried out from design to construction, with each team working to develop an affordable solution to your office renovation or redevelopment needs, using quality products and materials that are artworks unto themselves.

CAN I GET A PRICE FOR THE WORK SET BY ANOTHER COMPANY?

At Ausfit Projects we have a number of preferred companies, only working with the best, most trusted names in the business. We bring in industry professionals on every renovation or redevelopment project, while always delivering competitive prices across every job. We are also more than happy to work alongside another construction or design firm, if that is the direction you’d like to move in.

THE DESIGNS ARE ALL DONE! WHEN CAN WORK GET UNDERWAY?

Once we get the floorplan certified and have come to an agreed contract price then we can get to work! It is always best to have all the documentation sorted before starting work on your home or office, but we also know that there are certain jobs that must be completed quickly. Don’t worry, once we get underway we work hard to ensure there are no frustrating and time-consuming delays.

DOES AUSFIT PROJECTS HOLD ALL THE NECESSARY LICENCES?

At Ausfit Projects we are proud to carry a valid Builders Licence as well as all necessary insurances. Allowing our experienced team to work on a range of different sites, from residential renovations to commercial fit outs. Don’t risk working with uninsured or dodgy design and construction companies; they’re unsafe and will become a costly burden on your renovation. At Ausfit Projects you’ll get an honest and trustworthy service, and a fabulous new kitchen, bathroom or office at the end!

HOW LONG DOES A FIT OUT USUALLY TAKE?

Each job is a little different, with the length depending on the space of the office, how quickly design layouts and budgets are approved and where our high-quality materials need to be sourced from. At Ausfit we usually allow a couple of weeks for the design stage then around another 4 weeks for the construction and installation. Our team are experts at what they do. They work fast to deliver your stunning office fit out at a competitive price.

WHAT’S THE AVERAGE COST OF A FIT OUT?

There is no one-size-fits-all process when it comes to pricing an office fit out. Every job is priced according to materials, work length, designs, and the size of the space being renovated. We’ll always be open about the expected costs of the project, never hiding from you or sneaking in additional expenses. WHAT ABOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS?

We will work hard at trying to make sure there are no variances, but in the event that a client changes or adapts the plans or materials then we might need to reassess the pricing structure for the fit out. We are always open with our clients about any changes that may need to be made to the original budget, only making alternations with their approval.

DOES THE OWNER HAVE TO APPROVE OF THE PLANS?

For every project, the property owner must approve the proposed floorplans before work can begin.
